Due to the nature of our platform, we have created a policy that if the member becomes disabled for more than 6 months. We will archive the accounts lists, meaning your subscribers for that list still exist - but you do not have the opportunity to mail them. This may also happen if the list is more than 8 months old and hasn't had an activity. You can find these lists anytime but following the steps below.
#1 - Log into your Hosted Mailer account
#2 - Select lists from the left-hand sidebar
#3 - Click on "Archived Lists" and there you will see them.
